Refund & Returns Policy

Unopened bottles with the original safety seal unbroken can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened or unsealed bottles cannot be returned, because our products are ingestible supplements. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full.
1. 7-Day Returns on Unopened, Sealed Bottles
You can return unopened bottles with the original tamper-evident safety seal unbroken within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@mamabearsupplements.com with your order number to receive return instructions before sending anything back. Return shipping is paid by the customer and should be tracked. Once we receive and inspect the bottle, we refund the product price (original shipping is not refunded) to your original payment method.
Opened bottles, or bottles with a broken or missing safety seal, cannot be returned for consumer safety reasons.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at hello@mamabearsupplements.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping, at no cost to you.
3. Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier and replace or refund the order. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future billing. A renewal order that has already shipped can be returned under the 7-day unopened, sealed-bottle policy above.
5. Approved Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right to a refund, repair or replacement you have under the consumer protection law of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados or Jamaica. Where such a right applies, it takes precedence.
