Refund Policy

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email hello@mamabearsupplements.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions. Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

For quality and safety reasons, opened products cannot be accepted for return — except in cases of a defective or incorrect item, in which case we will replace it or refund you in full.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has shipped, it follows the standard refund rules above.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
