Shipping Policy

We ship from Toronto, Canada to customers across Canada and the Caribbean. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard shipping is free on orders over US$75, and selected products ship free at all times. Delivery times vary by destination within Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados and Jamaica.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@mamabearsupplements.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

4. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These are not included in the order total.
