Subscription Policy

Subscriptions are billed and shipped every 30 days by default, unless you select a different frequency. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

From your account dashboard you can pause your subscription, skip an upcoming shipment, change the delivery frequency, swap products, or update your shipping address at any time before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations made before the next billing date take effect immediately with no further charges.

If a subscription payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected after several attempts, the subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
