Much better cycles - 3rd bottle

The team was quick and helpful with my order. The capsules are easy to fit into my routine. My cycles have definitely felt easier.

It works but I would rather powder

It works, but I just think it would be easier for me to take a powdered form.i don't like swallowing the capsules.

Made me sleepy

Tried four other supplements that didn't work.

I've tried four different supplements all with inositol. This has been the only thing that's worked for my body.

It's working for me

Ordered on a Monday and it reach me in Couva by Thursday, packed good. Four capsules a day is a lot but I does take them with meals and set a reminder. I'm on month 6, and this product genuinely works as advertised. Customer service answered my WhatsApp question the same day. I'll say give them a chance for sure.

Clean Label Seems to be working

I chose this over others because the amounts are printed on the label instead of hidden in a blend. I looked up the licence number on the Health Canada site and it matched. That’s what got me to buy. Taking it for six weeks now and keeping notes.

Saved me from my period

This supplement really helped me as I hadbt seen my period in over 3 months. I'm now seeing more consistency and less mood swings.
